TweakSync carries your settings between your Macs, so those settings pass through our server. This page says exactly what is kept, what never is, and how to delete all of it.

Delete your account and it is gone that second. No waiting period, no "we keep a copy for 30 days".
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Your email address, your Macs and
every setting we hold are removed immediately. Your settings stay on your Macs —
deleting the account removes our copy, not your work. That is also why we can delete it so
plainly: nothing is lost that you cannot get back by signing in again.
You can also remove a single Mac (My Macs → remove) — that deletes that machine's
settings from the server and signs it out, leaving your other Macs untouched.
If you can't reach the app, write to hi@superpanda.tv from your account's address and we'll delete it for you.
The server runs on a machine we rent in Türkiye, and the database is not reachable from the internet — only the application talks to it. Everything between your Mac and the server is encrypted. The database is backed up daily, and those backups are removed after fourteen days; a deleted account can therefore survive in a backup for up to fourteen days before it ages out. We are telling you this because "deleted instantly" and "we keep backups" are both true, and a page that mentions only the first would be misleading.
Only the person who runs TweakSync has access. We do not have staff, contractors or partners looking at your data, and we do not use it to train anything.
The sign-in link is the only email TweakSync sends you. There is no newsletter and no marketing list — signing up does not put you on one.
Under Türkiye's KVKK and the EU's GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it erased. In practice all three are one click in the app, because the entire record is your email address, your Macs and your settings. If you want it in writing, or want a copy exported, write to hi@superpanda.tv.
The date at the top is the only place this is tracked. If we ever start keeping something new, that change will be described here before it happens — not discovered afterwards.
